TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. ELIGIBILITY
Users must be 18 years of age or older to register, visit, or use our Services in any capacity. By registering, visiting, or using the Services, you represent and warrant to Fastich Clothing that you meet this age requirement and possess the right, authority, and capacity to enter into and abide by this Agreement.
If a User is under 18 years of age, it is assumed that they are accessing the Platforms under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that such guardian has read and agreed to the terms of this Agreement — including any terms governing the purchase of Products — on the minor's behalf. Should Fastich Clothing become aware that a User is under the age of 18 and is accessing the Platforms without appropriate supervision, Fastich Clothing reserves the right to deactivate that User's account without further notice.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT OWNERSHIP
All content on the Platforms — including but not limited to information, text, graphics, images, logos, icons, software code, interface design, and the overall arrangement and assembly of such content ("Fastich Clothing Content") — is the exclusive property of Fastich Clothing, its parent company, group companies, subsidiaries, associates, affiliates, suppliers, vendors, and sister companies, as applicable. All such content is protected under copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
You shall not modify, reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit the Fastich Clothing Content in any manner — whether for public, commercial, or personal purposes — without prior written authorisation.
Fastich Clothing grants you a limited, revocable permission to access and use the Platforms solely for the purpose of browsing Products, completing purchases, and processing returns or exchanges in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. This permission expressly excludes any resale of Products, commercial use of Fastich Clothing Content, scraping or collection of product listings, descriptions or pricing data, and the creation of derivative works based on the Platforms or its content.
3. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
You agree to maintain and promptly update all information provided at registration and thereafter, ensuring that it remains truthful, accurate, current, and complete at all times. If Fastich Clothing has reasonable grounds to believe that any information provided by you is false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, Fastich Clothing reserves the right to indefinitely suspend, terminate, or block your access to the Platforms and to refuse future access.
4. COMMUNICATIONS
Upon registration or purchase, you may receive text messages and/or emails from Fastich Clothing to your registered contact details. These communications may include — but are not limited to — registration confirmations, order updates, payment information, dispatch notifications, account activity alerts, and promotional offers from Fastich Clothing or its affiliated third parties.
Please note that an order confirmation message does not constitute acceptance of your purchase offer. Fastich Clothing's acceptance of an order is concluded only upon successful delivery of the Products, as confirmed via your tracking link. Fastich Clothing reserves the right to limit item quantities or cancel any order at any time prior to delivery.
You are solely responsible for keeping your registered contact details up to date. While Fastich Clothing will endeavour to send timely delivery notifications and reminders, it shall not be held liable for any failure to do so.
5. DATA COLLECTION & PRIVACY
Fastich Clothing collects the following categories of information:
Contact Information: Name, email address, account password, phone number, and shipping address.
Payment Information: Credit/debit card details and banking information are not stored by Fastich Clothing. All payment data is handled exclusively by our Payment Gateway partners — Cashfree and PhonePe — both of whom are VeriSign Secured and PCI-Compliant, ensuring the highest standards of data protection.
Transaction History: Past orders, product and pricing details, purchase dates, and payment records.
Survey Data: Information collected through optional surveys on our platforms or third-party sites, which may include demographic details and product or service preferences.
6. USER OBLIGATIONS & PROHIBITED CONDUCT
In addition to your general obligations under this Agreement, you are expressly prohibited from:
Violating or attempting to violate the integrity or security of the Platforms or Fastich Clothing Content
Transmitting information that is disruptive or competitive to Fastich Clothing's provision of Services
Submitting false, inaccurate, or misleading information on the Platforms
Using automated tools such as spiders, robots, crawlers, bots, or similar mechanisms to navigate or scrape the Platforms
Attempting to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of the Platforms
Copying or duplicating any Fastich Clothing Content in any form or medium
7. TRADEMARKS & REGISTERED DETAILS
The FASTICH brand name and logo are registered trademarks of HSS Apparel Private Limited.

8. LIABILITY
You acknowledge that you access the Services and purchase Products entirely at your own risk, exercising prudent judgement before placing any order. Fastich Clothing makes no representations or warranties in relation to the Products beyond those set out in the Return & Refund Policy.
The maximum aggregate liability of Fastich Clothing, in respect of all Services provided and transactions conducted through the Platforms, shall not exceed INR 1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand).
9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fastich Clothing, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, licensors, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, losses, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
Your access to or use of the Services or Products
Any violation of this Agreement
Any infringement — by you or any other user of your account — of any third-party rights
Actions or omissions of Fastich Clothing's third-party affiliates, manufacturers, vendors, suppliers, or logistics partners
Infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity
Fastich Clothing will notify you promptly of any such claim and may request reasonable assistance from you, at your expense, in managing its defence.
10. TERM & TERMINATION
This Agreement remains in full force for as long as you use the Services in any form or capacity.
Fastich Clothing reserves the right to terminate your access to the Services in the event of any breach of this Agreement, misrepresentation of information, unlawful activity, or an inability to verify information you have submitted.
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by discontinuing use of the Platforms and Services. Termination, however, does not extinguish any obligation to pay for Products already purchased, or any other obligation that accrued prior to the date of termination.
Any provision of this Agreement that by its nature survives termination — including but not limited to provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, and indemnification — shall remain in full force following termination or expiration of this Agreement.
