RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At FASTICH, we are committed to the art of timeless garment production and the complete satisfaction of every client who entrusts us with their wardrobe. To ensure a seamless experience and to uphold the integrity of our premium fashion house and its enduring legacy, we have established the following Return and Exchange protocols.

EXCHANGE POLICY

At FASTICH, we understand that a premium fit is everything. Should you require a different size or a replacement, please adhere to the following guidelines.

Eligibility Window Exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of the delivery date.

Condition Standard Items must be returned in their pristine, original condition — unwashed and entirely free of odors, stains, or signs of wear. The garment must be returned in its original FASTICH polybag.

Exchange Process

1. Submit your Order ID along with your registered email address or contact number to initiate the request.

2. Once the item is received at our facility, it will undergo a rigorous Quality Check (QC).

3. Upon approval, your exchange will be processed within 7–10 business days, subject to inventory availability.

Final Approval FASTICH reserves the right to decline an exchange if the returned garment fails to meet our quality standards.

RETURN POLICY

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, garments must meet the following strict conditions:

• Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

• Condition: Items must be unwashed, unaltered, and completely free of stains, fragrances, or odors.

• Packaging: The item must be returned in its original FASTICH packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and operational considerations, the following are exempt from our return policy:

• Accessories and intimates

• Garments marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during promotional clearance events

• Gift cards

3. Refund Policy — Store Credit

FASTICH operates on a dedicated store-credit model to facilitate a seamless future shopping experience.

Returns are not eligible for cash refunds to the original payment method. Upon successful inspection and approval of your returned garment, your refund will be issued exclusively in the form of a FASTICH Gift Card, equivalent to the full purchase value of the returned item(s).

• Validity: The gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

• Usage: The gift card code will be delivered digitally and may be applied toward any future purchase on our official website.

LIMITED EDITION DROPS — THE "LIMITED RELEASE" ARCHIVE POLICY

Given the highly exclusive nature of our drops, all designated limited-edition garments are strictly considered Final Sale. This policy exists to preserve the rarity, hygiene, and overall integrity of our collections.

• Policy: Once an order for a limited-release item has been placed and fulfilled, it is ineligible for return, exchange, or store credit under any standard policy.

• Exception: We stand fully behind our craftsmanship. The sole exception to this Final Sale policy applies in the rare event that a garment arrives with a verified manufacturing defect.
